We could not have wished for more with Tom. The previous agents had more than 50 viewers trooping round our house but none made an offer. We switched to Tom, who advised us on the tactics of launching the property and once we did, he personally brought round a very relevant set of viewers. We had several offers, many above asking price. Tom worked behind the scenes to ensure the sale process connected smoothly.
