We contacted Tom de Winton on a friend’s recommendation. We were particularly interested in Rivermead Court where Tom had 3 flats on his books at the time. At each of those viewings Tom was extremely helpful in sharing his property knowledge and Rivermead Court experience which was very reassuring for us as we were downsizing and moving to a flat for the first time.
Tom was also invaluable as he explained the options open to us regarding possible revised layouts of a flat and arranged for us to meet a Rivermead Court builder to gain an idea of approximate renovation costs. With a clearer picture of the whole project we felt much more confident to proceed. This all came about because we felt we were being looked after by an estate agent who cared and who was completely trustworthy.
Now having renovated, and moved in, we are so glad that we did because we are very happy in our new flat. A large part due to Tom’s advice and help.
