From the moment Tom first came round to discuss selling my house in the Alphabet Streets, I felt he had a different approach. My house could best be described as ‘having potential’ as the layout is not totally conventional. Instead of trying to ‘sell himself’ by telling me what properties he had sold recently and pointing out the negatives of my house, he looked at the positives and set about working out a strategy for selling it. Tom takes pride in making sure that the property is looking its best for a viewing (arriving early to put lights on etc). I appreciated his honesty when after a viewing he would say that he thought it wasn’t right for that particular prospective purchaser. Throughout the process he kept me updated and gave sound advice. When a deal was agreed, it was Tom who pushed things along to get the exchange completed. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. As others have said, he has many years’ experience in the Fulham area.
I have friends who wish they could find a ‘Tom’ to help them sell in other areas!
