When we decided to downsize and started to look for a suitable flat to move to, we were lucky to be shown one by Tom. Following this viewing, Tom then understood our requirements and indeed he contacted us immediately a flat that he felt might suit us, became available at Rivermead Court. Tom is friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. When we had our offer on the flat accepted, we decided to use him to act for us on the sale of our Peterborough Estate house. This was a good decision, not least because it meant all parties were kept informed. Tom arranged blocks of viewings, which minimised the number of visits. As his focus is in SW6 he was already aware of potential buyers and offers came in very quickly. Tom had lots of good advice for us, including recommending a solicitor who was excellent. He was a calming and comforting person to have on our side, during what can be a very stressful time. Tom was always easy to contact and his refreshingly straightforward and friendly approach was much appreciated.
