Tom was our agent for the sale of our house on Doneraile St in July 2023. From start to finish, Tom’s service has been excellent. We’ve felt in safe and expert hands. There’s plenty to worry about during a property transaction but for us, the capability of our estate agent wasn’t one of them!
Tom’s operated in these streets for over 20 years and this experience really came to the fore in terms of knowing how best to present our house versus other properties available. Tom was assiduous in gathering feedback from viewers and built strong relationships with serious prospective buyers. He handled the actual bidding process with great delicacy and care.
At the same time as selling our Doneraile St house we’ve been trying to buy a new house and I’ve been staggered how slow some agents have been to get back to me/gather feedback etc – unlike Tom! I wonder if the difference partly stems from the fact that that Tom is the business owner and not just an employee, which lends a different level of focus and commitment.
Simply, we couldn’t have asked for more from Tom. We trust him and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
