He guided us on pricing and how to prepare our property for sale in a practical and sensitive way. Tom and Lianna personally managed all viewings and made this process as stress free as possible. They were both extremely professional and communicated immediately after viewings either by phone or voice message. The communication throughout was excellent. We trusted both Liana and Tom to show the house in its best light and they made sure they knew relevant details about the property as well as having excellent local knowledge about schools and other local amenities. Tom was also helpful right through to completion, liaising with the buyers to ensure the legal process was as smooth as possible. We also felt that the level of personal attention around the whole process and the final outcome in terms of price fully justified the fee. Overall an excellent service in what is, by its nature, a stressful exercise.
