Following the sad death of my Aunt, as executor, I was required to sell her house in Fulham. Not being across the local market, I was out of my depth and needed advice on how best to proceed. A surveying contact of mine suggested that I spoke to Tom de Winton. Based on our initial interactions, Tom was invited (one of three) to pitch to help us sell my Aunt’s house, which he duly won, securing a subsequent buyer in a timely manner. Due to a very complex family estate agreement, Tom worked diligently on my behalf, over a 6 month period, retaining our buyer, maintaining the agreed price (in a falling market), along with saving the deal on the day of exchange and completion.
