As a flat owner in Rivermead Court, I have known Tom de Winton for more than four years and I have recommended him to a number other flat owners who were looking to putting their flat on the market. More recently, he provided me with a market valuation for another flat in Rivermead Court that I wanted to buy which resulted in a successful bid. I subsequently retained Tom to market my then current flat and this resulted in an early sale to a cash buyer.
